Youth Ministry

FOR STUDENTS FROM 6TH THROUGH 12TH GRADES

WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT

Igniting faith, connecting hearts, and empowering purpose

At LOG Youth Ministry, we ignite young hearts with Christ's love and foster a vibrant community where faith flourishes, friendships thrive, and every individual is empowered to discover their God-given gifts and live out their unique purposes.

WHAT WE OFFER

High School Youth Group

Sundays @ 6:30 PM

Our students meet regularly to grow in community, faith, and service. Most weeks we hang out in the Youth Room, but we’ve done pool parties, corn mazes, paintball, service projects, prayer walks, worship nights, and hangouts at the Freeze. This is a great environment for students to make new friends, be filled with God’s word, and rejuvenate for the week.

Confirmation

Wednesdays @ 7 PM

We want your teen to grow up making wiser choices, building stronger relationships, and developing a deeper understanding of their identity in Jesus Christ. Our 6th through 8th grade students discuss relevant topics as they explore their faith in a small group setting. We celebrate our 8th graders as they publicly affirm their faith in a special worship service on the last Sunday in April.

Youth Sundays

Sundays @ 9:15 AM

Sunday mornings provide opportunities for spiritual growth for our youth. Our high school students have the option of attending a Bible study or serving on the tech team, in Sunday School, or in the praise band.

Middle School Youth Group

Sundays @ 9:15 AM

Our 6th through 8th graders are invited to the Youth Room for a fun, youth-group-like experience on Sunday mornings.

YOUTH MINISTRY STRATEGY

Outreach

Community

Intentional community-building moments in which students experience the power of a faith community where they feel known, loved, and meaningfully engaged with Jesus and each other

Spiritual growth

Time in God’s word to develop Christian character, address the hard questions, and dig into what it really means to follow Jesus with our lives

Discipleship

Small group mentoring to develop faith-filled servant leaders who bring out the best in others and seek to bring others to Jesus
